These have been my favourite lip balms for about a decade now. They remind me of Lip Smackers in consistency, but they’re cruelty free and Canadian, which I love!
I love to support local, and this small family business is in west Kelowna. I reached out to see if their lip balm tubes were recyclable. I was so impressed when they replied and said that yes, they are recyclable and also biodegradable. I had tried the product previously and found their hemp based lip balm to be silky and loved the flavours. I ordered online and accidentally typed in my address incorrectly . Once I had realized this, UPS couldn’t deliver and I couldn’t contact them. I reached out to Epic Blend over the holidays and explained what had happened and they said that UPS would likely send the order back to them. They said that they could ship out another order to me and I thought that was just great. The next email that I got was that they had personally delivered the order to my house. I seriously can’t say enough about this company!!!
I purchase the bundle pack of lip balm every year for stocking stuffers. The hemp balm seems to be a favorite for all who recieve. Customer service is great with a personalized thank you. Very happy with the proiduct and service.
